NAIA announces “The Right Way to Play”

HIALEAH, Fla. (April 9, 2025) — The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced its new campaign, "The Right Way to Play". This initiative aims to highlight the core, unique values of the NAIA through the perspective of its student-athletes and institutions.

"The world of college sports has undergone a seismic shift in the past decade, with changes that often stray from the values that once defined it," said NAIA President and CEO Jim Carr. "The NAIA champions the authentic spirit of college athletics, allowing student-athletes to compete in sports they are passionate about, while also emphasizing academics, character development, and community involvement. Now more than ever, the NAIA is the right way to play."

Florida National is proud to participate in this movement on multiple social media platforms, keeping in mind the five core values of The Champions of Character initiative. Videos, athlete-of-the-week awards, and other posts will now include #TheRightWayToPlay as FNU looks to lend its story to the NAIA's intricate campaign.
