LAKELAND, Fla. (Oct. 18, 2025) — Florida National's men's and women's cross country teams ended the 2025 regular season at the Ed Holloway Cross Country Classic in Lakeland, Fla. The FNU women's team placed eighth, paced by junior 
Mia Betancourt, and freshman 
Joandy Olivera was the fastest runner on the men's team. 
The FNU women tallied a score of 242, with Betancourt's 49th-place finish (27:33.5) leading the charge. 
Karol Padilla and 
Daryl Quichimbo crossed the finish line 57th (29:39.2) and 58th (31:02.4), respectively, while 
Ganesia Bogle's time of 47:17.5 put her in 69th. Notably, 
Shaniece Richardson made her cross country debut just under the wire, posting a time of 47:28.2. 
FNU had two Conquistador runners on the men's side. Olivera had the best evening with a time of 30:02.1 (53rd), and fellow freshman 
Marven Cassamajor placed 78th with a time of 37:18.5.
