FNU trails out of the CAC Tournament in extra innings

Lawrenceville, Ga. – Florida National University falls out of CAC Tournament.

At the bottom of the 1st, the Conquistadors score a single run by the pitcher Gabryella Hay to take the lead, the comets A. Palencia would tie it up in the top of the 4th off a single to left field by D. Perkins. The score would remain at a standstill, with both teams playing excellent defense and would take it to extra innings. The Comets would fight back to score one off a triple by A. Montoya to secure the win with a final score of 2-1 after 11 innings.

Gabryella Hay pitched 11.0 innings giving up 15 hits.
