Pedro Lumbieri enters his second season as a men’s soccer graduate assistant for the Florida National University Conquistadors. A native of Brazil, Lumbieri was a part of three FNU teams to reach the NAIA National Tournament in the last four seasons.
Under head coach Ruy Da Silva Castelo Branco, Lumbieri was a vital piece of men’s soccer operations as a team manager for four seasons and graduate assistant for two. Lumbieri has done it all, from creating itineraries and planning bus trips to warming up players before and between games. While Lumbieri was on staff, Conquistador men’s soccer scored national rankings in the NAIA Men’s Soccer Coaches' Poll and made three consecutive trips to the Continental Athletic Conference (CAC) Championship Match.
Before departing FNU in 2025, Da Silva Castelo Branco expressed gratitude to Lumbieri for his unwavering support while at the university.
“A heartfelt thank you to Pedro Lumbieri, whose loyalty and commitment went far beyond expectations,” said Da Silva Castelo Branco.
Lumbieri is pursuing his MBA and graduated from Florida National with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2023.
