Kat Hartke joined Florida National University in the fall of 2025, bringing with her nine years as a nationally certified athletic trainer.
Before taking on this role, Hartke worked in various elite youth settings and with organizations like USTA, ODP, FPHSL, and USA Field Hockey. She has worked at high schools in Miami-Dade and Palm Beach County, all while assisting the local equestrian community. Notably, one of her equestrian athletes won gold in the 2018 Summer Youth Olympic Games in Argentina.
Hartke received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island in 2014. Hartke went on to earn her Master of Science in Athletic Training from Florida International University in 2016. She also received her PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist) certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Since receiving her Master of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport in 2025, she is currently under supervision to become a qualified CNS (Certified Nutrition Specialist).
