Mini Preview: Fresh off a 4-0 win against United States Sports University on Aug. 28, Florida National (1-2-0) men's soccer looks to keep it rolling with a 7 p.m. match against the new kid on the block, Florida Polytechnic University (0-0-0). David Luque Rivero comes into this week's match with two goals and two assists, seeking another big performance on the pitch in Lakeland, Fla.

Mini Preview: The Conquistador women's volleyball team (2-4) heads to Ave Maria, Fla., in hopes of snapping a 15-game losing streak against the Ave Maria University Gyrenes (3-0). Last week, FNU was victorious against a different Sun Conference school to bring home a 3-1 win over Florida Memorial University. Chriselle Ferdinand paced her team with 15 kills while Ariana Long recorded 12 digs.

Mini Preview: Florida National women's soccer (0-3-0) heads to Miami Gardens, Fla., looking for its first win of the 2026 season after a 3-0 setback against St. Thomas University on Aug. 28. Sofia Lorusso has scored the Conquistadors' lone goal through the opening three matches. FNU will face Florida Memorial University in a series that has produced a 3-4-2 record over nine meetings, including a 1-1 draw in the most recent matchup last season.

Mini Preview: Florida National men's and women's cross country opens the 2026 season Friday at the Keiser University Flagship Invitational at South County Regional Park. Both the men's and women's races will be contested over 5 kilometers, as the Conquistadors get their first opportunity to compete this fall. FNU will look to start the 2026 season strong in its first meet of the year.

Mini Preview: Florida National men's soccer (1-2-0) travels to Thomasville, Ga., Saturday for a matchup against Thomas University (2-1-0). The Conquistadors are coming off a 4-0 win over United States Sports University, with David Luque Rivero leading FNU with two goals and two assists through three matches. FNU and Thomas have met five times since 2019, boasting a 1-2-2 overall record against the Night Hawks with the most recent matchup ending in a draw in 2023.
